Reflecting on the Refugee Crisis

According to the International Rescue Committee, “there are more than 82 million refugees and displaced people around the world.” To shed light on the refugee crisis, Flutist Heidi Álvarez, Recording Artist Jeff Smith, and Video Creative Director Kara Williams Glenn present a multidisciplinary performance of Charles De Laney’s “…and the strange unknown flowers.”
